Fairly new variety. A nice zingy flavour but not bitter. Grows larger then others of its variety. Very good cooking garlic and one to sauté if you want that great welcoming smell of gourmet cooking for when your guests arrive. Rich, moderate heat. Cold hardy. (4-5 months storage)
